Data sharing
To support secure and efficient event administration, Verisk will share your first name, last name, and email address with the event venue operator, 22 Bishopsgate, acting as a service provider, for the purposes of event access management. You will be sent a QR code for event check‑in and entry from notify@22bishopsgate.com. If you do not have a QR code, event staff will check you in manually, which could result in delays during peak times. Your personal data will be processed solely for event‑related purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and 22 Bishopsgate's Privacy Notice.
Filming and photography
Clear signage explaining that photography, audio, and video recording will take place during the event for various purposes, such as event reporting, internal communications, or marketing, will be displayed at the venue. Verisk processes this information on the basis of its legitimate interest to promote and document its events. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff, who will accommodate such requests where possible by advising on seating or standing areas outside the line of sight of cameras. However, Verisk cannot fully control or prevent recording by third parties, so complete exclusion from all recordings may not be possible.
