All registrants will receive confirmation of their attendance status within 2-4 business days. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your interest in this exclusive experience.
How much is registration and are complimentary passes available?
Benefits vary by registration category. After the allotted complimentary passes are used, additional passes may be purchased at the rates below:
- CargoNet/Travelers customers: Four (4) complimentary passes; additional passes are $75
- Non-CargoNet/Non-Travelers customers:
- Insurer, Producer, or Agent: No complimentary passes; passes are $250
- Transportation Provider, Retailer, or Manufacturer: Two (2) complimentary passes; additional passes are $150
- Law-enforcement personnel: All complimentary passes
- Sponsors and exhibitors: Two (2) complimentary passes; additional passes are $100
- Solution providers who are NOT sponsors or exhibitors: No complimentary passes; passes are $250
Organizations offering products, technology, or professional services should register as solution providers unless they are participating through a sponsorship or exhibitor package. Sponsoring and exhibiting companies should access their passes and register their team through the Exhibitor Resource Center.
Can I send someone else in my place if I can no longer attend?
To preserve the curated nature of this experience and foster meaningful connections, registrations are non-transferable, and each attendee must register individually. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration so we can extend the opportunity to someone on our waitlist. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to welcoming you to a future event.
How do I modify my registration?
Click 'Already registered' in the top right corner of the page, just below the 'Register now' button. Enter the email address you used to register and your confirmation number. If you can’t find your confirmation number, click 'Forgot your confirmation number?' from the pop-up. Once logged in, click the 'Modify registration' button. Make any necessary changes, clicking the 'Next' button at the bottom of each page to continue. When you're done, click 'Submit' on the Summary page to save your updates.
How do I cancel my registration?

What is your health and safety policy?
